Edward Kenway Pirate Buckle - Work in progress

Just what the title says
in a couple of hours i've worked on the "upper" buckle of edward, still a lot of work to do...
i've found an old buckle from a chinese store, with the pirate and the crossbones, i've cut out the bones and made the base of the new buckle with a 2 mm aluminium foil.
anybody knows where i can find days of 30, or more hours?
24 hours in a day are too few!! XD
